RK 540 crepe masking tape – 19 mm x 50 m at a glance

The RK 540 crepe masking tape is a single-sided adhesive tape with a stabilised crepe backing. It is suitable for a range of covering and marking tasks in assembly, packaging and painting work. The combination of a stable backing and rubber adhesive provides reliable adhesion to many surfaces without bonding too strongly.

Dimensions: width 19 mm, length 50 m, thickness 0.15 mm, core 76 mm. The tape retains its shape even on contoured surfaces and can be removed cleanly, saving preparation time.

Suitable for masking and bonding work

Thanks to the stabilised crepe backing, the tape better withstands curing processes during painting and assembly work. Typical uses include temporarily covering surfaces before painting, simply bundling parts or marking construction areas where a flexible adhesive bond is sufficient.
