RK 553 crepe masking tape from Krückemeyer – overview
The RK 553 crepe masking tape from Krückemeyer belongs to the main crepe tape category and is adhesive on one side. It has a stabilised crepe backing and uses a rubber adhesive that provides reliable adhesion to many surfaces. Applications of RK 553 crepe masking tape

Material & construction
The backing consists of stabilised crepe, which is easy to remove and conforms to broad contours. The rubber adhesive provides good adhesion to typical industrial substrates, including under temperature stress.
Application & practice
- Cut the desired length.
- Release the tape from the backing side.
- Press it down evenly on a clean, dry surface.
- Remove any excess if necessary and press the tape down firmly at the edge.
