RK 970/019 glass cloth tape is a single-sided adhesive cloth tape made of Teflon-coated glass cloth with a silicone adhesive. At 1,000 mm wide and 30 m long, it is suitable for robust adhesive bonds in demanding environments. Its thickness is 0.19 mm, its core measures 76 mm and the tape itself is beige.

Its temperature resistance covers -75 °C to +260 °C for 1 hour. This allows the adhesive force to be retained even at extreme temperatures and increases the service life of bonds on glass, metal and many plastics.

Suitable for insulation and high-temperature applications

This tape meets the requirements for robust adhesive bonds in insulating applications and during high-temperature cycles. The Teflon-coated backing layer minimises contamination adhering to it and makes removal after bonding easier, while the silicone adhesive ensures reliable adhesion across the broad temperature range.
