Product description
RK 615 polyester film at a glance
The RK 615 polyester film is a green, single-sided adhesive masking film with a polyester base. Its robust polyester film backing enables even coverage and good dimensional stability, including on components with many edges. The adhesive is silicone rubber, providing secure adhesion through temperature changes. At 1280 mm wide and 198 m long, the material allows extended use in masking without frequent roll changes. It is 0.09 mm thick and has a 76 mm core. The colour is green.
This masking tape is particularly suitable for powder coating and other painting processes where robust coverage and easy film removal matter. Thanks to its high temperature resistance, the film can also be used where temperatures briefly reach 180 °C.

Powder coating and surface masking
The green polyester film protects surfaces during powder coating. The combination of a polyester film backing and silicone rubber adhesive enables reliable coverage of the areas being protected and clean removal after processing.
